TEAM BATTLEGROUND is a high-class , well trained , highly competitive mixed martial arts team in Lakewood near Tacoma Washington. They are trained in all forms of mixed martial arts - including submission grappling, boxing, wrestling, kickboxing, jiu jitsu & muy thai. 

Our coaches have trained with the best-of-the best ! - Randy Couture, Tito Ortiz, Chuck Lidell, Bas Rutten, and more..

We offer training 7 days a week, morning and evenings. We also offer private training , and 'Fighter's Only' classes.

Our traditional 'belted' Tae Kwon Do is also offered at no addtional cost.

All ages 5yr to adult, all ability levels, are welcome.
