Mr. Andrew Palmer grew up in Fife Washington where he was an active wrestler though junior high and high school. He discovered MMA at UFC54 (Liddell vs. Horn) and has been hooked ever since! Andy met Rocky Burns soon after at a local MMA school and they have trained together for the last 4+ years. During that time Andy has also training in kickboxing, Muay Thai, Brazilliam Ju Jitsu, and wrestling/submission wrestling. Andy believes in mastering the basics and is always eager to help other students with questions about technique. Andrews favorite quote is "There is no substitute for hard work".
